Dubai’s history is the history of bedouins. The first bedouins who settled here came all the way from Liwa, an oasis close to the Saudi Arabian border. The most important possession they had were camels. Your Dubai camel experience will start early in the morning with a drive to Dubai's most famous camel race track. Here we can see many camels going for early morning training for their big race day. If you are lucky you can join a real camel race in winter on fridays or saturdays. It’s a fascinating event not only for the locals but also for tourists and visitors alike.
Enjoy the desert. Time for some beautiful desert shots.
For the Emirati breakfast we will go to one of the very few restaurants serving traditional local food in Dubai. The restaurant is designed in style of “Dubai in the 1960s”.
